As we solicited bids for the complete remodeling of our master bathroom and closet…..we braced for the inevitable dissatisfaction that friends have experienced with their remodeling contractors.   Horror stories about mis-communications, budget overruns, scope creep, surprise fees, quality issues, parts shortages, lack of proper tooling, lack of specific experience, lack of current liability insurance, lack of tenure with select sub-contractors (glass & counter tops), color match problems, intermittent worker and sub-contractor scheduling, personnel changes, jumping from client to client, coupled with days of unplanned inactivity. But with Adam Villarreal’s team at Kitchen Solutions, none of our anticipated headaches and fears came to be……none.   Beginning with our first short showroom meeting with Rita, followed by our multi-meetings with Steven, to develop a detailed custom specification and quotation.  Steven coordinated everything from start to finish, with periodic check-ins with us, and with the 2 man-site crew consisting of Tono and Jaime, who are unbelievable.   They are very hard working, honest professionals, who both brought their vast experience to the project, day after consecutive day.   On day one, they brought a vast collection of tools, exact for each task.   And Tono took time to keep us informed, and always confirmed our expectations before taking key actions.  We especially appreciated Steven and Tono using their vast experience, coupled with their willingness to offer and to openly share over a dozen suggestions (big and small) along the way; each resulting in achieving an even more satisfactory end product. They delivered the final product in the timeline they estimated. The workmanship was excellent. We appreciated all their recommendations and are thrilled with the completed project,. Kitchen Solutions truly exceeded my expectations during my major remodel of my primary bath and bedroom. After years of procrastination, I was inspired by my neighbors’ beautiful Kitchen Solutions Bath remodel. Kitchen Solutions was fantastic from start to finish. Steven and Oscar came by and listened to my design ideas and were very honest about the viability of everything. I'll start by saying I'm shocked to see so many bad reviews for Kitchen Solutions. Many seem to be for poor follow up. That was NOT our experience at all. We got quotes from 4 companies to do a full kitchen remodel. Kitchen Solutions gave us the best price. We selected Kitchen Solutions not because of the lowest price but because of the product selection, guarantee, reviews (not Google reviews though), and installation process as explained. Our full kitchen remodel also included replacing the flooring in much of the house and interior painting in rooms beside the kitchen. The product selection available to us was very extensive. The crews that came out were very skilled, friendly, and professional. The kitchen remodel, additional flooring, and painting were all expertly done. We are very pleased with the remodel and will be using Kitchen Solutions to remodel our bathrooms soon. If you get quotes from multiple companies, do not let the low price from Kitchen Solutions fool you into thinking you would be getting less, because you won't. Again, surprised by some of the 1-star reviews, but our experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Our new kitchen is beautiful and very functional. Kitchen solutions remodeled our main suite bathroom. Their work was exceptional quality and their staff were all knowledgeable, professional, polite and timely.
